Help to Grow: Management – starting 21 September
If you’re a senior manager in a business with 5-249 employees looking to develop your business and enhance your leadership skills then our fully-funded Help to Grow: Management course can help. You will study 12 modules over 12 weeks with a time commitment of 4-5 hours a week and develop a growth action plan to lead your business to its full potential.
Distance Learning
We have over 30 years’ experience of delivering high quality, online distance learning programmes enabling employees to develop their expertise alongside full-time work. Our business courses include an MSc Human Resource Management and Training, an MSc Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management and our multi-accredited Leicester MBA with specialisms available in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
Bespoke Workshops and Short Courses
We will work with you to plan and develop course content and delivery that is specifically tailored to the requirements and training needs of your organisation. We can develop courses across a wide range of key topics including operations management, logistics and supply chain management, marketing, sustainability, risk management, human resource management, finance and accounting.
Internships and Placements
We can support your recruitment needs by connecting you with students through our internship and placement programmes with options available over 40 hours, 6-8 weeks or 9-12 months. Our students are highly committed, enthusiastic and keen to develop themselves. Fully-funded summer internships are also available in some locations. Furthermore, you can advertise roles directly to our students and graduates.
Innovation Support
If you are looking to develop your products, services or processes then we can work with you to identify appropriate funding, resources and expertise to make this a reality. Support can include innovation projects, knowledge transfer partnerships and contract research.
Business and Community Events
The University of Leicester School of Business campus, Brookfield, provides an ideal space enabling businesses and the community to connect with academic and business expertise. We offer public lectures and regular regional business engagement events often in collaboration with key partners such as Space Park Leicester, University research clusters and business support organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Innovate UK and the Federation of Small Businesses.
