11 Nov Rushden Town Council Supports Small Business Saturday Campaign 2022
With Christmas on the horizon, Rushden Town Council wants to do all it can to support the fabulous independent businesses we have in our town.
We will be linking into the national ‘Small Business Saturday’ campaign taking place on 3rd December, with our Christmas Hamper Competition. It’s a chance for members of our community to win a luxury hamper, filled with hand-selected gifts from many of Rushden’s high street shops. Rushden Town Council hopes that the competition will encourage people to visit the high street to shop local this Christmas.
To enter the competition, participants must guess the total value of the hamper’s contents, fill out an entry form at one of the following high street shops and pop into the entry box provided;
Mrs B’s Tea Room
Osborne’s Toy shop
The Arcade
P.W House
In Bloom
Crystelle Belle
Jan’s Floral Boutique
The closing date for the competition is on Sunday 18th December
The closest guess wins the main Hamper and there will be two smaller hampers for the ‘Runners-up’.
Winners will be announced on Monday 19th December.
Also, as part of the Small Business Saturday campaign, Rushden Town Council aim to promote and celebrate as many small businesses as possible by encouraging them to tag us in their social media posts for us to share on our platforms using the hashtag #shoprushden
