Since its inception in 2018, Cafe Track has been a catalyst for change, facilitating employment for over 100 autistic adults while enlightening 200 businesses about creating autism-friendly workplaces. It’s more than a business; it’s a sanctuary celebrating individuality, priding itself on tailoring services to cater to each customer’s unique needs.

They were thrilled to have been honoured as part of Small Business Saturday’s SmallBiz100 in 2021, recognising their journey in supporting over 50 autistic adults into employment at the time and delighting numerous customers in Northampton. Tom Cliffe’s attendance at a special reception at the House of Lords, celebrating SmallBiz100’s achievements, was a testament to their dedication to their cause.
