New physiotherapy clinic coming to Towcester

A physiotherapy business is expanding into Towcester with the opening of a new clinic.

RED Physiotherapy will open its new premises at Lucas Bridge Business Park, Towcester on Tuesday 17th February, making it the third clinic for husband-and-wife business owners, Daniel and Diana Vatamanu.

The couple established their first clinic in Milton Keynes in 2021, followed by a second clinic in Northampton in 2023. Last year, the Northampton clinic relocated from Buckton Fields to a space within the Dallington Fitness gym in Northampton.

The Towcester clinic has been created in response to a rising number of patients travelling from the town and surrounding villages to RED Physiotherapy’s existing clinics in search of private physiotherapy that is fast to access and results focused.

The clinical team at the new Towcester clinic will include CEO and lead physiotherapist Diana Vatamanu, CEO and sports massage therapist Daniel Vatamanu, and Rohit Nair, who has recently graduated with a master’s degree in physiotherapy. It will offer a wide range of services including physiotherapy for adults and children, women’s health physiotherapy, sports massage, shockwave therapy, ultrasound and electrotherapy, exercise rehabilitation programmes, kinesio taping and spinal manipulation.

To celebrate the opening of the new clinic, the RED Physiotherapy team will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 14th March from 10am to 12pm. Those that attend will get the opportunity to meet the RED team, tour the new clinic and enjoy refreshments. Visitors will also have the chance to meet players from Northampton Town Women’s Football Club, for whom RED Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy support.

Diana Vatamanu, CEO and lead physiotherapist at RED Physiotherapy, said: “Towcester is a location we know well and feel strongly connected to. So, rather than stretching ourselves too thin, we chose to expand in a way that keeps our standards high and lets us serve the community properly, with convenient appointments and a friendly, local feel.

“Towcester is also home to a great mix of busy professionals, active families, runners, gym-goers and older people who want to stay mobile and pain-free, and we felt it deserved a clinic that offers hands-on, high-quality care without the long waiting times.”
