Northampton-based organisation Stunited CIC has been named a finalist at a national level in the prestigious Target Jobs National Emerging Talent Awards 2026, earning recognition among the Top 6 emerging talent organisations in the United Kingdom.
The awards, held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, are widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading benchmarks for excellence in early careers, employability, and talent development. Stunited’s nomination was put forward by University of East London and the final shortlist was voted for by careers and employability professionals across the UK, highlighting both academic endorsement and industry recognition.
The national shortlist features an impressive mix of global corporations and innovative organisations, with Stunited recognised alongside major names such as Rolls-Royce, Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Siemens, and creative industry platform Film Buddy—demonstrating the highly competitive nature of the awards.
