NNSTARTUP DAY was launched on line in 2022 as an annual day of celebrating businesses in Northamptonshire who have started a business. Supported also by those who support Start Up businesses, the day brings together people from across Northamptonshire to celebrate their journeys, recognise their commitment to being an entrepreneur and provides real stories from those walking the walk.

Starting a business isn’t easy and NNSTARTUP DAY is all about helping those looking to start a business or in their early days of running their own and sharing the stories of those who have started a business.

In 2024 we were joined by former Small Business Minister, Kevin Hollinrake, who joined us to open the day as well as a staggering 26 small business owners across the County all sharing their tips, knowledge, experience and journey so far.

Last year, the day was opened by Tony Robinson OBE, the Micro Business Champion, as Tony talked entrepreneurship and enterprise and shared some incredible tips for small businesses and those on the start up journey.

We travelled to local businesses talking to people about their start up journey and celebrating entrepreneurship here in Northamptonshire!
