It’s a great honour to be a Finalist at any awards ceremony and in our build up to this year’s NNBN Awards, we caught up with another of our Finalists to understand more about what they do and how they add value to their clients and our Northamptonshire business community.
Our next feature in the build up to the NNBN Awards taking place at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa on Friday 6th October is talking with Louise Keightley who is a Director of Four Talent along with her lifelong friend Lucy Wright.

“We are a women-led recruitment business, based in Boughton, Northampton, supporting small & medium sized businesses. We use our extensive in-house HR and recruitment experience to work in partnership with local SME businesses and have reimagined the way recruitment works, to offer the ultimate bespoke experience for our clients and candidates.”
How do you add value to people you work with?
“Our value comes from our partnership approach where we immerse ourselves in our client’s business and feel like an internal function, working in partnership with them.
We support with recruitment in the broadest sense, not only with search and presenting a shortlist but also offer training and support for managers on interviewing techniques so they can confidently make the right hiring decisions. We know that one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer bespoke search, selection, and headhunting expertise to support clients with the latest thinking, tools, and expertise in hiring, to deliver true return on investment and empowering them to make the best hiring decisions for their business.”
What do you enjoy the most about what you do?
“Both Lucy and I enjoy seeing people succeed and reach their potential as well as supporting our clients’ businesses to grow and develop by having the right combinations of people and strong teams working together. We love seeing individuals flourish in an environment that is right for them.”
What was the feeling like when you learned you were a Finalist at this year’s NNBN Awards?
“We were thrilled! There are so many deserving winners, so we are honoured to be considered alongside them. We can’t wait for the awards evening in October!”
What are you mostly looking forward to at the NNBN Awards this year?
“Meeting the other finalists and making new connections. Celebrating the hard work, dedication, and achievements of so many local businesses. Also, the chance to reflect on what we have achieved in such a short space of time.”
